Weekend Shootout - Cosfest VII Super Henshin Day 1

Headed down to Cosfest VII [Super Henshin] at Downtown East today but grossly underestimated the time taken to travel there by bus. After 1.5hours on the bus, I had to contend with the intermittent rain which meant starting out by taking pix in a tent with challenging lighting setups.

Someone should tell her the urban legend about opening an umbrella indoors...

Finally, the rain stopped for awhile and everyone made the best of it by going out into the open area...

Whew! Siesta!

Hwah! Never thought I'd finish processing all the pix I took at the STACC held at Suntec City over last weekend. Here they are, the final batch of pix ;)

A ray of light, a glimmer of hope...

Back stabbing just took on a whole new angle...

Despite the thick crowd, everyone was very orderly and well behaved, thanks to the security and crowd control at the convention... Suntec management was a bit concerned initially as the cosplay community had spilled over to the next hall area where a conference by Nobel Biocare was taking place. But juding from the scene, the conference attendees were also seen taking pix of the cosplayers at the event.

Yay! Now on to cosfest!
