Farewell Old Friend...

I sold off my Nikon D70 to a friend yesterday as it has now become excess equipment. It has served me well and I'm sure that it'll continue to serve my friend well as he eagerly prepares to capture his Kodak moments of fatherhood. Looking back, the D70 has been my companion to several destinations including Tasmania, New York and Washington DC not to mention the various cosplay events. For the sake of nostalgia, I've searched through my archives and found some of these pictures that I took using my D70 from 2004 to present...This was one of the first shots that I took at the Singapore Zoological Gardens...

Took the above plus the following three shots at the Raffles Place / One Fullerton area during a Sunday outing with several ClubSnap forum members sometime in 2004.

This was taken somewhere in Jurong...While this was taken in May 2006 at the Singapore Art Museum before they gave it a new paint job.
These were taken in Tasmania in January 2005.
While the following pix were taken in 2006 during a trip to the US...

En route to Ellis Island.

Graffiti taken in Chinatown, New York. Finally, this was taken in Georgetown, Washington DC.
Yep, that's the lot. And to my friend who is now the proud owner of a Nikon D70, I hope that it will serve you well and continue to deliver beautiful pictures. Cheers!
